The previous reviews say alot about this business Mark , wow!! I was given amazing customer service from the begining.!We had honest and real communication. Repair shop was a rerral from, a co worker. Mark was honest , searched for the OEM parts, and it took a week , dont put crap parts in your Toyota or Lexus..Just saying. Safety first! If you are looking to take your Lexus or Toyota to another repair shop vs The Stealership this is correct shop. You get what you pay for and honesty, transparency and follow-up are key things I have experienced. I do not have a lot of money , so value for the job being done is important. Be well..

Mark was awesome to deal with. I called about a small issue with a parking sensor on my Highlander after the dealership said I needed an entire bumper replacement. He squeezed me in same day, evaluated the problem and fixed it for me and didn’t ask for a dime (and of course, the dealership was lying as there was nothing else wrong with the vehicle). He and his entire team were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. I will no-doubt be taking all of my Toyota repair and maintenance needs to Mark moving forward. In an industry that constantly takes advantage of people because they don’t know any better, it’s refreshing to know that there are still businesses out there that operate in good faith and are honest.

First of all, as a woman, I cannot say how often I've been let down by mechanics. They always tend to take advantage of women when we get our car serviced, because they always assume we don't know what's going on. It's sad how hard it is to find honest and good folks these days. HOWEVER, I am so happy to say I received honest and exemplary service by LEKSFIXIT. Mark, who checked me in, was friendly and welcoming. The mechanic that helped me with my car problem was Luis and he was so down-to-earth and nice and kind. I didn't feel he was scammy at all (and I often feel that with the past car mechanics I've dealt with, sadly). For quite some time, my left car window controls would not work. I could lock and unlock from the left side but I couldn't roll down any of my windows from the left side window. I avoided drive-thrus for that reason. It's honestly been years, I've taken it to numerous mechanics (literally four different people) and NO ONE has managed to figure it out! Until Luis took a look at my car and literally performed a miracle!!! He literally only took a day, too, when in the past people had taken ages and tried to figure out the problem, to no avail. Now all my windows work and roll up and down normally from the left side. I am soo grateful to him and to this place for providing good quality service and treating me (a lady who knows nothing about cars) with kindness and respect. Highly recommend this place and the honest and fair services they offer!!!!!
