I have a 2007 Lexus Gs300 147,000 RWD, I've been experiencing some misfiring issues whereas my car can't keep a sturdy RPM and I can't go past 80Mph smoothly, Even after changing every major part under the hood. I'm hoping LEKSFIXIT can diagnose my issue and fix it without it costing me an arm and leg. I Have an appointment this upcoming week, looking forward to hearing what they have to say, after looking at the good reviews.

Had my 2018 Lexus RX in today for a simple oil change. They were on time for my appointment and had my car done within an hour. But what really impressed me was that they did not try and up sale me. They told me about a few issues I was aware of, but said that they'll keep and eye on it and did not press for extra services like most other places would. I will be back for them to replace my brakes and for all of my future services.

Mark is literally a god send. He's been taking care of my Prius for a few years now. I have the ultimate trust in this company to take care of my care 100%. This company has come a long way and now is at the top. I absolutely appreciate and love this automotive shop. I'll think twice before I even attempt to take my car anywhere else.

Mark is awesome. I bought a Prius without the warranty because of LeksFixit. I only need them haha. But really when you find a good shop you are golden. I am an UBER driver that drives 200 miles a day and I get an oil change once a month. When I selected the car to buy from CarMax, I drove it to Leksfixit for them to check it out before I bought it. I went to another dealer before I went to CarMax and Mark saved me from buying a bad car. I recommend their pre purchase inspection. I have noticed many professional drivers go to Lexfixit and I found Leksfixit through a rideshare rental car company that uses Leksfixit. Hey, if it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me.

First of all, as a woman, I cannot say how often I've been let down by mechanics. They always tend to take advantage of women when we get our car serviced, because they always assume we don't know what's going on. It's sad how hard it is to find honest and good folks these days. HOWEVER, I am so happy to say I received honest and exemplary service by LEKSFIXIT. Mark, who checked me in, was friendly and welcoming. The mechanic that helped me with my car problem was Luis and he was so down-to-earth and nice and kind. I didn't feel he was scammy at all (and I often feel that with the past car mechanics I've dealt with, sadly). For quite some time, my left car window controls would not work. I could lock and unlock from the left side but I couldn't roll down any of my windows from the left side window. I avoided drive-thrus for that reason. It's honestly been years, I've taken it to numerous mechanics (literally four different people) and NO ONE has managed to figure it out! Until Luis took a look at my car and literally performed a miracle!!! He literally only took a day, too, when in the past people had taken ages and tried to figure out the problem, to no avail. Now all my windows work and roll up and down normally from the left side. I am soo grateful to him and to this place for providing good quality service and treating me (a lady who knows nothing about cars) with kindness and respect. Highly recommend this place and the honest and fair services they offer!!!!!
